Leadership wanted IT that worked reliably, met safeguarding and data protection requirements, and didn't require constant attention from non-technical staff.
We took over full IT management for the school — conducting an initial audit, addressing all outstanding issues, and then putting a structured maintenance schedule in place. We visit on-site regularly to carry out updates, check hardware, support staff, and identify anything that needs attention before it becomes a problem. We manage their network infrastructure, device fleet, and security posture.
IT-related disruptions to lessons dropped significantly within the first term. Staff have a reliable support contact who responds quickly. The school's systems are kept updated, secure, and compliant with education sector requirements. Leadership no longer needs to worry about IT.
